Changed your mind? Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item meets our conditions below.

(A) How to Return
* First, ensure your item meets all return conditions listed below
* Pack the item carefully to prevent damage during transit. Please do not stick labels or tape directly onto the product packaging
* Return the item via self-delivery or courier/mail. All return shipping costs are borne by the buyer
* We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage during transit
* Upon receipt, the item will undergo inspection (please note this does not mean the return is accepted yet)
* You will be notified via email within 7 days on the outcome of your return request
* If approved, refunds will be issued as store credits, based on the actual amount paid (regardless of price changes). If your original order no longer qualifies for free shipping after the return, an adjustment fee may apply

(B) Return Conditions
* Item must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase
* Item must be unused, in brand new condition
* Item must remain in its original, unopened packaging
* All tags, labels, and seals must be intact
* Original packaging must be in good condition (no damage)

Important Notes
* Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected
* If a return is rejected, the item must be collected by the customer. You may arrange self-collection or your own courier.
