Shipping policy

We provide free delivery for all orders. Shipping methods may include Sing Post tracked mail or courier services, depending on our internal arrangement.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be processed on the same day. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after processing.

Same-Day Self-Collection:
Enjoy free same-day self-collection from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) at our Kallang warehouse.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM can be collected on the same day between 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
To opt for this, simply select the “Pick Up” option during checkout.
